
Sales Enablement Specialist

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Comms teams to identify content needs across the sales cycle and key accounts.
- Create and maintain high-quality sales enablement content (e.g., decks, one-pagers, objection handlers, battlecards, toolkits) aligned with go-to-market strategies.
- Manage the centralized Sales Enablement hub (SharePoint), ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and version-controlled.
- Coordinate content development for product launches, campaigns, onboarding, and NPDs across global regions, ensuring localization and alignment with brand standards.
- Monitor content usage and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimise relevance and accessibility.
- Support sales onboarding and training with relevant playbooks and tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align enablement efforts with strategic priorities, improve processes, and eliminate redundancies.
- Experience within a similar role, ideally from an engineering or manufacturing background
- Strong communications skills
