ð¼ Part of Simplify Group – UK’s leading conveyancing and property services providerAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Property Portfolio Manager to join our dedicated team at Move With Us, part of the Simplify Group. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the effective management of a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring compliance, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering excellent service to tenants.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised, confident in problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.What You’ll Be DoingEnsuring all tenanted properties meet safety requirementsIssuing and processing tenant notices, including litigation/legal proceedings with solicitorsManaging move-outs and deposit returnsOrganising maintenance works and obtaining estimatesRecording activity and managing daily workload in PropcoProviding a seamless service to tenants while meeting client SLAsLiaising with Receivers, lenders, solicitors, and borrowersCollaborating closely with the Law of Property Act and Rental Management TeamWhat We’re Looking Forâ IT literate – confident with Microsoft Office, email, and learning new systems
â Excellent communication and telephone skills
â Self-motivated, proactive, and confident with problem-solving
