About us | Building something that mattersnative has spent the past decade learning what makes student life tick - and we’re now using that experience to seize a massive opportunity with an evolved business model. We’re an AI driven student engagement platform, powering media, SaaS, and insights revenue across the UK and US higher education markets. Our managed marketplace connects students, Students’ Unions, universities, and advertisers in ways that drive real value for all involved. Our mission: help students get more from university while enabling Students’ Unions to secure sustainable funding. For advertisers, that means delivering meaningful, measurable routes to student audiences at scale. For institutions, it means actionable insights and new revenue streams that strengthen their connection with students. As we continue to align these incentives, we’re shaping a model that becomes more defensible, scalable, and impactful. That’s where product marketing comes in. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who’s ready to take real ownership – someone excited to build the function from the ground up, leading launches that redefine how institutions and advertisers engage students. The role:At native, Product Marketing is a new discipline – and you’ll be the one to shape it. This is a unique chance to build a function from the ground up inside a fast growing business, working on category defining products that will change how institutions and advertisers understand and engage students. The role is designed as a stepping stone into Product Marketing Lead as you prove your impact – perfect for someone ambitious, inquisitive, and ready to make their mark. You’ll work closely with our CTO and Director of GTM, taking ownership of how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted – in both existing markets (UK) and new markets (USA). This role is 70% maker, 30% coordinator: you’ll be in the weeds producing messaging frameworks, decks, and launch plans, while also pulling the right people together to keep momentum high.At the core, this person will:
  • Get under the skin of our different customers and what really matters to them.
  • Turn those insights into clear product requirements and propositions.
  • Translate product detail into external-ready collateral that gives Sales and Marketing a winning edge.
  • Lead launch plans that embed new products and features into market successfully.
How this plays out day-to-day:
  • Lead product launches: define and run launch plans for our groundbreaking products in higher education and student marketing.
  • Create messaging & collateral: build frameworks, iterate with feedback loops, and craft compelling assets that resonate with distinct audiences for specific purposes.
  • Enable commercial success: deliver sales enablement tools (decks, case studies, one-pagers, web copy), train teams on usage, and own website/user journey messaging.
  • Champion the customer & scale: consolidate insights, ask smart questions, ground GTM decisions in real needs, and set lightweight, repeatable processes for how we design, launch and embed products.
Our new Product Marketing Manager will:
  • Have a growth mindset: ambitious to develop into a Product Marketing Lead, as you prove your impact.
  • Thrive in ambiguity: when the map isn’t there, you’ll sketch it and get moving.
  • Be proactive and hungry: you create momentum, not reasons to stall.
  • Balance strategy and execution: just as happy in the weeds as you are at the whiteboard.
  • Have a maker’s mindset: a natural storyteller who can turn ideas into collateral that cuts through.
  • Communicate openly: you keep people looped in, flag risks early, and build bridges across teams.
  • Be results-driven: you care about impact - adoption, win rates, and product market fit - not just outputs.
  • Bring relevant experience: you’ve helped shape or launch products in a new market or category before, and understand what it takes to turn a new idea into a defensible position
If you’re ambitious, curious, and excited by the chance to build something that matters from the ground up - you’ll thrive here.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are actively creating an equitable environment for everyone at native to thrive.Diversity and inclusion are a priority for us and we are making sure we have lots of support for all of our people to grow at native.
