You will be part of the senior medical management team to support the Medical Director and demonstrate visible senior clinical leadership. You will oversee, support and develop the medical and wider clinical workforce and service Clinical Directors.Main duties of the jobYou will be an experienced practising Consultant with excellent standards of clinical practice and competence. Being dynamic and progressive you will have proven skills of engaging and mobilising people across professional groups in large scale change.
