- Advise on all aspects of employment law, including TUPE, tribunal claims, workforce strategy, grievances and restructures.
- Provide strategic HR support to healthcare clients, with a focus on corporate respondent work.
- Collaborate with colleagues in corporate, real estate, and regulatory disciplines to deliver holistic advice.
- Drive business development, thought leadership, and client relationship growth.
- Build and lead your area of practice with autonomy, but within a highly supportive environment.
- Applications are sought from solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE with proven experience advising healthcare clients on employment law.
- A natural business developer, ideally with a network or following within the sector.
- Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
