- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a proven track record in client-side project management.
- A robust understanding of construction technology, enabling quality inspections and detailed reports.
- Proficiency in construction procurement, contracts (notably JCT), and project administration.
- Previous experience in the industrial, education, and/or multi-room sectors is advantageous.
- A professional qualification or the pursuit thereof, with support available through RICS and MCIOB chartership routes.
- A stable history of successfully managed projects, demonstrating a natural drive for excellence and creativity in problem-solving.
