- Lead and develop a team of procurement professionals across regions.
- Develop, implement, and manage global procurement strategies across multiple categories (direct and/or indirect).
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with global suppliers to secure cost savings, innovation, and service improvements.
- Establish KPIs and scorecards to evaluate supplier performance and compliance.
- Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure continuity of supply.
- Partner with operations, finance, legal, and regional business units to align procurement initiatives with business goals.
- Support new product launches and global projects with supplier selection and sourcing strategies.
- Serve as a procurement subject matter expert, guiding regional and local teams.
- Drive cost savings, working capital improvements, and total cost of ownership (TCO) reductions.
- Analyse market trends and provide insights on global pricing, supply, and risk factors.
- Lead contract negotiations ensuring compliance with global legal and ethical standards.
- Promote sustainability, diversity, and ethical sourcing in supplier selection and management.
- 3-5+ years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a global or regional procurement leadership role.
- Proven management experience with a passion for growing and developing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, a related field (Master's preferred), or a professional qualification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, PMP)
