  • M&A
  • Private Equity / Venture Capital
  • Capital markets listings / IPOs
  • Public company takeovers
  • JV's
  • Group restructurings
  • Corporate advisory matters
The ideal candidate will be well organised with a keen eye for detail, proactive and, most importantly, a team player.This role would ideally suit an experienced Corporate Associate with 2-3 years' plus PQE experience who is looking to grow their career at a leading national law firm where they will be supported and encouraged to play a leading role in advising large corporate clients (often international organisations), ambitious investee companies and high net worth individuals on M&A, early stage investments, reorganisations, shareholder arrangements, option schemes and other day-to-day corporate law matters.Skills / Experience RequiredYou will have between 2 and 6 years' PQE and relevant corporate law experience gained with a recognised regional or London commercial firm.A proven track record or keen interest in business development and client relationship management is highly desirable as is a commercial approach.Personal qualities we seek include:
