Pay Rate: £39.00 per hourJob Description:Liquid Personnel is recruiting experienced and passionate Social Workers to join its client’s Family and Support Service based in Rochdale.This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive team, managing a range of complex cases to safeguard and support children and families across the borough.What will your responsibilities be?In this role, you will,
- Manage a caseload involving Child in Need, Child Protection, Pre-Proceedings, and Court work
- Undertake assessments and develop outcome-focused care plans
- Carry out direct work with children and families to promote safety and well-being
- Prepare high-quality reports and present evidence in court as required
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver effective interventions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
- Participate in regular supervision and reflective practice
- Ensure compliance with Social Work England standards and Rochdale Council policies
- Social Work England registration
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent
- Post-qualified experience in statutory children’s services
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong assessment, communication, and report-writing skills
