
Duty Manager

- Allocate drivers and vehicles to scheduled operations with efficiency and attention to cost control.
- Liaise with drivers, sales, engineering teams, and customers regarding daily operational needs.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with internal policies and legal requirements, including EC drivers’ hours regulations.
- Respond to breakdowns, delays, and other incidents with effective decision-making and communication.
- Ensure timely updates are provided to all relevant parties regarding service disruptions or incidents.
- Coordinate vehicle procurement outside of standard office hours when required.
