Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pmAdore Recruitment is working on behalf of a growing client based in Harold Wood, who are seeking a proactive and highly organised Fleet Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position in brand new offices, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a business with exciting growth plans.The Role:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and compliance of a fleet currently consisting of 48 vans — a number expected to grow as the company expands. You’ll also support internal teams and engineers with general admin duties and training compliance, making this a varied and key support role within the business.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee administration and compliance for a fleet of 48 vehicles (subject to increase with company growth)Check engineers’ timesheets against vehicle tracking systemsMaintain accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets and fleet recordsManage the RingGo parking app for fleet usageCoordinate repairs for tyres, windscreens, and general maintenanceEnsure all vehicle documentation is current and roadworthyLiaise with engineers regarding vehicle requirements and support needsTake responsibility for the out-of-hours phone on a shared rota to manage emergency vehicle issuesMaintain asbestos training records and book necessary training courses for staffWhat We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in fleet, logistics, or office administration is preferredStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and confident using tracking/booking systemsStrong communication skills and a team-player attitudeComfortable working independently and managing multiple tasksWillingness to be part of an out-of-hours phone rotaFamiliarity with training compliance or health & safety administration (desirable)What’s on Offer:
