As our new Production Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence at our busy Farnworth site.What you'll do:Lead and develop a team of supervisors, team leaders, and production operatives to deliver top-quality workwear processing to ISO standards.Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient preparation, repair, finishing, and dispatch of garments and textiles. * 2 direct reports and up to 80 indirect reportsCollaborate with senior leadership and engineering teams to reduce downtime and boost productivity.Recruit, train, and motivate staff to meet production targets while fostering a safe and positive work environment.Champion continuous improvement initiatives that keep us ahead in the industry.Who you are:Experienced Production Manager with years in manufacturing or industrial production.Familiar with ISO quality standards and lean/5S methodologies.Motivated by results and continuous improvement.Confident making data-driven decisions and driving change.What we offer:Competitive salary plus a generous performance-related bonus (up to 23%).Company vehicle and excellent holiday allowance.Opportunity to grow within a large, supportive group.A dynamic working environment where your leadership trul
