We are a tight knit team full of supportive, talented people who are constantly pushing forward to our next new venue or project.What we’re looking for:The Marketing Director will lead the marketing function across Broadwick’s Spaces and Services portfolio. This is a high-impact role requiring strategic leadership, creative vision, and commercial acumen to build powerful brands, drive growth, and connect with audiences across both B2B and B2C markets.You will be responsible for setting the marketing strategy, structuring and inspiring a talented team, and ensuring our spaces and services are positioned as market leaders.What you’ll be accountable and responsible for:Strategic Leadership
- Develop and deliver the overall marketing vision for Broadwick.
- Structure, lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
- Partner with the executive and commercial teams to align marketing with business objectives.
- Champion a data-driven, innovative culture across the department.
- Define and evolve brand identity across multiple verticals and brands.
- Oversee insight-led marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Ensure consistency of messaging and creative execution across all platforms.
- Support sales and business development teams through demand generation and brand positioning.
- Drive B2B and B2C strategies that contribute to revenue, client acquisition, and customer retention.
- Leverage marketing to unlock new partnerships and commercial opportunities.
- Own the digital strategy (SEO, CRM, paid media, social, web, email).
- Lead offline marketing and PR, including print advertising, press relations, out-of-home campaigns, and event activations.
- Introduce new platforms, technologies, and tools to future-proof marketing.
- Use analytics to continuously improve ROI, engagement, and customer experience.
- Set, track and report clear KPIs and performance metrics for the marketing function.
- Manage departmental budgets effectively.
- Ensure efficient workflows and processes to maximise impact.
- Extensive experience leading multi-channel marketing strategies in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Proven track record of driving growth and brand awareness in real estate, venue, event, or experiential sectors.
- Demonstrable leadership experience managing all seniority levels, skillsets and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Expertise in digital ecosystems, content strategy, and brand development.
- Experience working in agency-side leadership roles or within multi-venue marketing.
- Familiarity with Hubspot and project management platforms (e.g. Monday.com).
- Understanding of marketing within both B2B and B2C contexts.
