- Support all site staff to achieve and improve
- Efficiently manage the site and look to drive the business forwards
- Follow processes to meet quality and efficiency goals
- Collaborate to enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide backup support for the Estimator (VDA) and Quality Control in the absence of the Workshop Controller
- Previous Accident Repair Centre experience in a similar role is essential
- ATA or IMI Level 3 in Vehicle Damage Assessment is a plus, but not mandatory
- Audatex experience is essential
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong team motivation skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
