Perfect opportunity for a pension professional with a background in operational pensions admin, consulting, or scheme secretariat, who wants to take a lead role in looking after an impressive portfolio of clients.As Client Relationship Manager, you will ensure consistent delivery and excellent results and you will be client-centric in your approach. You will ensure that you apply your strong understanding of admin practices, implement solutions and provide the best technical advice.Duties will include the following:
  • Not just providing support on client projects, but also assisting with day-to-day operational service.
  • Understanding risk and ensuring that this is avoided.
  • Providing scheme secretariat and governance services & attending Trustee meetings.
  • Taking ownership with commercial negotiations.
  • Identifying new business opportunities.
  • Resolving any queries/ issues.

  • Experience within a similar role & at least 5 years within pensions admin/ a client facing role.
  • Excellent knowledge of the pension admin market.
  • Relevant qualifications would be highly advantageous (PMI or equivalent).
  • Thorough understanding of pension legislation and regulations.
