
Customer Experience Advisor Apprenticeship

- EARN: £18,000 per year, 37.5 hours per week
- EXPERIENCE- your hours: Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm (shifts on rotation) and 1 Saturday in 4 paid at overtime.
- Work from home Wed-Fri subject to training sign off.
- QUALIFICATION: Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 takes approximately 16 months.

- Talking to customers about their energy needs
- Speaking to other departments to help resolve customers queries
- Attending 1-2-1's and buzz sessions with your manager
- Talking to your colleagues to get support when needed
- Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training.
- Minimum GRADE 4/C in GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English
- UK Residency - must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
- Communication, team working & customer care.
- Attention to detail, organisation & initiative.
- Problem solving, admin & number skills.
- Non-judgemental & patience.
