  • EARN: £18,000 per year, 37.5 hours per week
  • EXPERIENCE- your hours: Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm (shifts on rotation) and 1 Saturday in 4 paid at overtime.
  • Work from home Wed-Fri subject to training sign off.
  • QUALIFICATION: Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 takes approximately 16 months.

What will my day look like?You will be joining a friendly team and make a difference every day by ensuring customers are able to access the energy they need in their homes or places of work. No call or communication is the same and you will work with your customers to offer support and advice; and be empowered to made decisions and solve problems. Your daily tasks will include:
  • Talking to customers about their energy needs
  • Speaking to other departments to help resolve customers queries
  • Attending 1-2-1's and buzz sessions with your manager
  • Talking to your colleagues to get support when needed
  • Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training.
How does the Apprenticeship work?Working towards your Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Qualification, you'll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month - NO classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about modules including knowing your customers, understanding the organisation, meeting regulations & legislation, systems & resources, and the customer experience. You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer. All apprenticeship work and training is completed in the workplace, during working hours.WHAT skills/qualifications do I need?
  • Minimum GRADE 4/C in GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English
  • UK Residency - must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
  • Communication, team working & customer care.
  • Attention to detail, organisation & initiative.
  • Problem solving, admin & number skills.
  • Non-judgemental & patience.
