- Running the program through the Civils process.
- Line searches Dealing with Cadent Section 58s Main oil lines.
- Programming the works for each contractor
- Responsible for submitting and managing highway permits & notices covering Manchester & Birmingham
- Managing the Registrations of street work permits
- Manage the workflow of permits and street works notices across the project to ensure all are completed within client given SLAs.
- Prioritising effectively to ensure all deadlines are met for permitting.
- Apply for Bus stop suspension.
- Apply for Light Switch off.
- Deal with requesting, receiving & assessing of Traffic Management drawings before Permitting.
- Update internal trackers and schedules.
- Ensure all works being completed are compliant with NRSWA and deal with any issues/requests issued by relevant Local Authorities
- Ensure that all notices/permits are opened/closed on time to prevent fines being issued by the Local Authorities
- Assisting with reporting and assessing Defect and Section 81 Notifications.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to internal and external enquiries from both the Local Authorities and the Project Teams
- Manage the co-ordinators within the team to ensure that sites are completed to a high standard and to agreed SLAs
- Create and maintain site files electronic and otherwise.
- Weekly calls with the contractors
- Bi weekly meetings with the council.
