- Assist in creating reports and technical documents
- Enter accurate meta-data to electronic records to facilitate easy search and retrieval
- Implement trackers to monitor close out of proprietor actions
- Manage and control information circulation
- Set up an efficient document management system
- Support the quality & document control team to meet objectives
- Update, maintain, archive and retrieve procedures, registers, trackers and databases
- Have experience in a similar document management role
- Have experience in Aconex and Sharepoint which are critical for this role
- Enjoy managing a large range of information
- Have excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
