Finally, there is The Little Bell, a local favourite, for nose-to-tail cooking and natural wine.The Role…We are seeking an experienced Security Officer to join our team at Soho Farmhouse (OX7 4JS). You will ensure the practical application of all safety and security measures which includes the wellbeing of both members and colleagues in accordance with all Soho Farmhouse Policies & Procedures. To be an ambassador for the Soho House brand, fully embracing the Soho House ethos in supporting of staff related matters, and member experience.What we are looking for in a Security Officer..:
  • Ideally you will hold a CP License, FREC 3 Qualification, full clean drivers licence
  • Preferably 1-3 years' experience in a hospitality industry.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • A confident & dynamic speaker, able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of an organisation.
  • Proven organisational skills work well on their own. Able to set and meet deadlines with quality results.
  • Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
  • Sense of urgency
  • Yes, yes, yes mentality
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
  • Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
Expected working hours for a Security Officer:
  • Rolling rota, 7 days on, 7 days off
  • Nights
