Job Description:The Company:My client are an an employee-owned Investment Management firm headquartered in London. They specialise in equity and fixed income asset classes, boasting a value-oriented and defensive approach. Growth sees them recruiting for a Support Analyst to join their London team located in the City of LondonThe Role:The analyst will be responsible for understanding department workflows, gathering requirements, recommending process improvements, and serving as a technology liaison for specific business areas. The firm are also undergoing a cloud based system migration that you will plays a huge part in.Your Profile:The ideal profile will have at least a 2:1 degree or similar in a related degree. You will also have around 2 years experience in a Technical Business Analyst role. Financial Services experience would be advantageous!Salary and Benefits:
  • £45,000 - £60,000
  • Discretionary bonus based on personal and company performance.
  • 15% Company Pension contribution with the option for Additional Voluntary Contributions.
