Providing customers with an excellent customer service experience ensuring high level of customer care
Data entry and order processing tasks
Collaborating within the team and other stakeholders to clarify facts, exchange information, support colleagues and resolve queries
Inputting accurate customer data into the CRM system
Working closely with the Fleet and Capacity planners to ascertain transport and material availability
Ensuring customers are kept informed at all times allowing us to plan our transport fleet to meet relevant commercial demandsExperience within construction or logistics environments would be beneficial, though all relevant backgrounds will be considered.
