Are you an experienced Food & Beverage Manager looking for your next opportunity? Our Client is looking for someone with a real passion for food and the drive to succeed in this role, while assisting the General Manager with the overall strategy moving forward.On offer to the successful Candidate;
  • A salary of £35K per annum

We're looking for a really great Food & Beverage Manager to contribute to the overall management and development of the Country House through effective management of the Food & Beverage Department, events and all associated staff.You will have experience of working within a hotel/Food & Beverage establishment in a similar role, running a Food & Beverage department and managing a team under the current food safety legislation.Level 2 Food Safety is essential and a willingness to complete Level 3 within your role.
