  • Full Time
  • Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.30
  • Alternate Saturdays
The successful Trainee Valuer role will be offered:
  • Basic salary ranging from £24,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience
  • OTE £27,000 - £28,000
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to close for business
  • Attention to detail
  • Driving licence
As a Trainee Valuer, your role will involve:
  • Learning how to value and subsequently carrying out Valuations
  • Preparing Floor plans on properties
  • Photographing Properties internally and externally
