We are looking for a full-time practitioner who can bring creativity, passion, and a positive attitude to their role. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children, following the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding procedures.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality childcare and early years education to children aged 0-5 years 👶
  • Implement engaging and creative teaching methods to stimulate learning and development 📖
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum 📘
  • Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children 🌈
  • Actively promote positive child development and behaviour management strategies 🧠
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues 🤝
  • Ensure the nursery meets all safeguarding standards and health and safety regulations 🛡️
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:
  • A minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, Teaching and Learning, or a related field 📜
  • Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting, or currently enrolled in a relevant childcare course 🎓
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development principles 📚
  • A natural enthusiasm for working with children and a passion for delivering excellent care and education 💖
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with children, parents, and the team 🗣️
  • A positive, proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement 🚀
