Business Intelligence Manager (Adult Social Care)Strategy and Performance Team, People DepartmentSalary: £57,887 per annum (MG6)Contract: Full Time One Year Fixed term contract (36 hours)Location: Bromley Civic CentreAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Strategy and Performance team at Bromley Council.As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to improve outcomes for our residents. You will work closely with colleagues in the Strategy and Performance Team, whilst also collaborating, engaging and consulting with key stakeholders across the Council and external partners.We are looking for an experienced information professional, ideally with knowledge of Adults Social Care; Good skills in data manipulation and analysis and a high level of Microsoft Power BI and Excel use are essential; experience of SAP Business Objects (BOXI) report writing is desirable, although we are committed to developing your skills and knowledge.You will work to the Head of Strategy and Performance (with a dotted line to Head of Adult Services Transformation and Improvement) and will be responsible for leading, overseeing and developing and managing Adult Services Performance Power BI Dashboards to transform data into actionable insights, drive business objectives and support data driven decision-making in Adult Services and across the Council.If you are passionate about improving services for vulnerable residents and working effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, alongside an enthusiasm for data visualisation, we would like to hear from you.If you would like an informal discussion regarding this opportunity, please contact Eric Ayoola, Head of Strategy and Performance on 020 8461 7991or emailWe are forces family friendly and are part of the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme (Bronze Award).
