The working days and hours are full time Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. DBS check is needed for this role.Contract role overviewWorking as a Desktop Support Engineer, you will provide and maintain service continuity for the client's desktop technology and resolve any technical issues that may occur, all within contractual agreements.

Windows 10 troubleshooting & deployment
Also, laptop hardware breakfix
Application breakfix especially Microsoft Office & Teams
Likewise, have a experience supporting Macbooks desirable
basic troubleshooting re network connectivity
Ensuring required business expectations & SLAs are met by timely task resolution & high standard of ticket management through ServiceNow ticketing system
Take ownership to resolve problems & also to work
Also, strong verbal and written communication skills
Furthermore, have the ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge
Works on problems/projects of moderately medium-complex scope
Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures
