Estate Agent TraineeWallingford£35k OTEAre you passionate about property and looking to work in local property sales?Do You have a good knowledge of the Wallingford and Didcot areas? (OX10 OX11 and surrounding villages)Are you great with people, well presented and have your own driving licence and car?Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Estate Agent to join their Wallingford based team. As a Junior Estate Agent, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, managing property listings, and assisting with property salesHrs of work are Monday to Friday 9-5.30 and every other Saturday.You will receive a competitive basic salary with protected earnings while you build up your pipeline. Car expenses will be paid for work-based travel.Key Responsibilities:
  • Generating new business opportunities
  • Conducting property valuations and preparing accurate property particulars
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers and managing the sales process
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the entire property transaction
Ideal Candidates will have:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • A full UK driving license and own car
  • A passion for property and the real estate sector
  • Good IT skills and the ability to compose good business emails
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience in Property sector/property sales would be a definite advantage.
