🚀 Hiring: Senior Platform/DevOps Engineer – AWS📍 Location: London (Hybrid – min. 1 day/week)⏳ Contract: 6 months | 💸 £600–£700/day (Inside IR35)We're looking for a Senior AWS Platform Engineer to play a hands-on role in a major API infrastructure migration project.You’ll lead the transformation from a legacy EC2 setup to a modern, containerised architecture with Kong Gateway, working closely with SREs, architects, and platform teams.🔧 Tech you'll use:
  • AWS (ECS, IAM, networking, core services)
  • Terraform (IaC)
  • GitLab CI/CD
  • Kong API Gateway (hybrid model)
  • Datadog (observability)
  • Jira, Confluence
👨 💻 What we’re looking for:
  • 7+ years in DevOps/Platform Engineering
  • Deep, hands-on AWS experience (ideally recent)
  • Proven skills in Terraform + GitLab pipelines
  • Experience migrating from EC2 to ECS/containerised environments
  • Strong understanding of API gateways (Kong)
  • Agile mindset + solid documentation habits
