Pay Rate: £35 per hourAbout the Role:Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Workers to join the dynamic Adult Services Intake and Assessment Team- a fast-paced, supportive environment where professionals can make a real difference in the lives of adults across the community.What will your responsibilities be?The team is responsible for:
- Responding to safeguarding concerns and crisis situations.
- Conducting outcome-focused assessments and developing Care & Support Plans.
- Promoting wellbeing through the Wellbeing Matters Service.
- Addressing urgent equipment and manual handling needs.
- Reassessing individuals whose needs have changed.
- £35 per hour competitive rate.
- Supportive team culture with regular supervision and peer support.
- Capped caseloads to ensure manageable workloads and quality practice.
- Comprehensive system training provided to help you settle in and succeed.
- A recognised Social Work qualification and registration with Social Care Wales.
