Their proprietary platform enables financial institutions to store, share, and enrich SSI data more efficiently and accurately-drastically reducing operational risk and ensuring compliance with increasingly stringent regulatory demands.With a rapidly expanding client base that includes custodians, buy-side firms, brokers, and other market participants, they are driving real transformation in post-trade operations through automation, data integrity, and smart connectivity.The RoleDue to continued growth, our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role is client-facing and technical, playing a key part in onboarding new clients, integrating systems through APIs, and ensuring clients get the maximum value from the platform.You'll serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, combining strong communication skills with technical acumen to deliver a seamless onboarding experience. As the business scales, this role offers significant opportunities to help shape processes, contribute to product development, and grow professionally within a high-impact fintech environment.Key Responsibilities

Develop deep subject matter expertise in the company's product suite, including APIs, data workflows, and SSI logic
Support client onboarding by defining data integration methods and configuring ingestion tools
Configure and test API connectivity for seamless data transmission between clients and the platform
Provide best-practice guidance and training to clients, including documentation development
Investigate and resolve technical issues, liaising with internal teams and clients
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scope and test system enhancements
Deliver product demos and technical support during pre- and post-sales engagements
Continuously identify areas for operational or product improvement

Experience delivering technology-based services in a client-facing role
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API integration
Hands-on experience working with XML data
Familiarity with AWS and API connectivity in cloud environments
Excellent analytical and logical problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
Self-starter with a flexible, proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially when explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
