- Basic Salary: £25,000 + Bonus / Commission
- OTE: £67,000
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
- Saturday: 9am - 7pm
- Sunday: 10am - 6pm
- 48 Hour week (day off in the week)

- Qualify customer leads and match them with the most suitable finance options
- Manage finance applications, ensuring accuracy and FCA compliance
- Promote and sell add-on products including warranties, paint protection, and drive-away insurance
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build trust, encourage repeat business, and maximise satisfaction
- Work closely with the sales team to maximise every revenue opportunity
- Proven sales experience in a dealership or car supermarket environment (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance and add-on products
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with customers
- A sales-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets
- Basic salary of £25,000 with realistic OTE of £67,000
