Here, you will be a vital part of a passionate team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of landscape design and sustainability.You will likeThe Site Agent/Contracts Manager job itself involves a dynamic range of responsibilities that ensure the successful delivery of commercial landscaping projects. You will:
  • Oversee large-scale hard and soft landscaping projects, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained.
  • Lead project teams, cultivating an environment of collaboration and excellence.
  • Work full-time, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to engage on weekends as needed to meet project deadlines.

You will haveTo succeed as a Site Agent/Contract Manager, you should possess a solid background in civils/landscaping with a healthy mix of the following qualifications and experience:
  • A proven track record in managing large commercial landscaping projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering both hard and soft landscaping works.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in programming works, briefing project teams, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, industry standards, and contract types including JCT and NEC.
  • Horticultural knowledge to inform project execution effectively.
