  • Provide tailored, child-centred support for students with Autism.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement effective strategies.

  • Remain resilient and proactive in managing challenges in the classroom.
Requirements of the Autism Teaching Assistant (TA):
  • Previous experience working with children with Autism and complex needs.
  • Work on a 1:1 basis to meet the specific needs of individual students.
  • A strong understanding of ASD and related strategies.
  • Ability to use a child-centred approach to support learning and development.
  • A proactive and resilient attitude to handle diverse challenges.
