Hours: Mon-Thurs 16:00-00:30, Fri 15:00-22:30 (39 hours per week)

Type: PermanentWe're looking for a CNC Turner to join a long-established engineering manufacturer in Fleet. This is a permanent late shift role, offering stability, competitive pay and excellent benefits.Why apply?
- £24.50 per hour including 1.33x late shift uplif
- Monthly production bonus paid on all hours worked (averaging around 10%)

- Reading and interpreting technical drawings to tight tolerances
- Performing in-process quality checks to maintain standards

- Proven experience as a CNC Turner (setting and operating)
- Ability to work to tight tolerances and engineering specifications
- Confident with engineering drawings and measuring equipment
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable working late shift hours
