  • Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons
  • Assisting with classroom management
  • Providing one-on-one support to students
  • Preparing and organising educational materials
  • Supervising students during activities and break times
Required Qualifications:GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and MathsEducation:No formal teaching qualification requiredExperience:No previous experience needed, training will be providedKnowledge and Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Patience and empathy towards students
  • Organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:Relevant work experience in a school settingWorking Conditions:
  • Work hours typically follow the school timetable
  • May involve some physical activity such as assisting with student movement and classroom setup
