£30k - 33k per year + BenefitsNewstaff Employment Services is recruiting for an experienced Paralegal to provide efficient support to the Conveyancing department, of a very successful law form.Skills Required:
Minimum of 2 years Conveyancing experience
Ability to work independently, as well as in conjunction with the rest of the department
Excellent telephone manner
Multi-task in a busy environment
Ability to prioritise
Confident using case management systems with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
Strong organisational skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Calm under pressure with the ability to prioritise effectively
Positive attitude, can-do attitude
Effective team player.
Tasks to include:
Opening and managing files throughout the transaction
Obtaining title deeds, Land Registry title and plans
Preparing Contract documentation
Checking post and dealing with matters arising
Dealing with post completion of files
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors etc
Ensuring all client details are kept up to date
Scanning and copying
Full utilisation of the Case Management Systems
Provide support to other fee earner’s within the department as and when required
