Job Role: Cleaner
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm , Friday 8am-1pm
Role Type: Temporary to permanent
Hourly rate: £12.30 per hourgap personnel Bristol are operating as an employment business and currently looking to recruit a Cleaner for our client based in Clevedon, Bristol, BS21. As a Cleaner, you will join a team where you will become a key and valued member providing support to key operations.xJob Responsibilities:
- Maintain high cleaning and housekeeping standards across all areas (factories, offices, canteens, toilets, storerooms, external areas).
- Follow cleaning schedules strictly.
- Clean floors, gangways, windows, doors, and furnishings as required.
- Charge/maintain floor washing machine and empty bins (internal/external).
- Dispose of waste correctly and replenish cleaning products, soaps, and paper supplies.
- Keep all external areas tidy (litter picking, weeding, cigarette bins, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with COSHH and Health & Safety policies.
- Report any concerns to Facilities & Maintenance Manager.
- Carry out weekly LEV pre-filter cleans.
- Support team members and complete training when needed.
- Previous cleaning experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work with cleaning chemicals and equipment safely (training provided)
- Good level of spoken and written English to understand procedures and complete checklists
- On site Car Park

- Full training provided on-site
- All required Personal Protevtice Equipment (PPE)
