Salary: £12.51 per hour (rising to £13.47 after full training)
Hours: Rotating shifts - 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

This is a hands-on role operating mobile plant to move and manage stock across the site. This is ideal for someone practical, focused, and looking to build a long-term career.Key Responsibilities:
- Operate mobile plant equipment across the yard
- Move stock safely between production and storage areas
- Scan and track product movement to maintain accurate stock records
- Maintain a clean, safe working area at all times
- Support the wider team in meeting daily site targets
- A full UK driving licence is required
- Experience operating mobile plant is preferred, but full training is provided
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A safety-conscious, proactive approach to work
- Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or outdoor environment is desirable
