- Provide expert guidance on risk management and resource allocation.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build internal project management capabilities.
- Oversee the documentation and communication of project progress and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with public sector policies and best practices.
- Demonstrable experience in project and programme management within the public sector.
- Strong knowledge of consultancy, strategy, and change management principles.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
- Familiarity with public sector governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A relevant professional qualification or equivalent practical expertise.
- Competitive daily rate of approximately £390 to £475, paid on a contract basis.
