Are you interested in joining our team of Haemodialysis nurses?An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our nurse led haemodialysis unit. We are looking for an enthusiastic & highly motivated professional nurse to deliver compassionate person-centred care, and treat patients, service users, their families and their carers with consideration, dignity and the respect you would want for yourself or your family.Provide managerial and leadership skills to support the Senior Sister / Charge Nurse and nursing team to deliver continually improved standards and efficient and effective use of resources.The successful candidate must have a genuine passion for ensuring our patients needs are met and be able to work flexibly and within the multi-disciplinary team.You will require experience in Renal Nursing, strong communication and IT skills, and be able to liaise effectively across all haemodialysis units.Main duties of the jobTo be professionally accountable and maintain the standards of professional practice as set by theappropriate regulatory body applicable to your profession or role.To deliver compassionate person-centred care, and treat patients, service users, their families and their carers with consideration, dignity and the respect you would want for yourself or your family.To support and deputise for the Senior Sister / Charge Nurse in ensuring the standards of professional practice as set out by appropriate regulatory body applicable to your profession or role are maintained.Utilise clinical proficiency in delivering a high standard of nursing care.
