  • Overseeing and directing all on-site personnel, including subcontractors, to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project plans.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting site inspections, and promoting a safe working environment.
  • Coordinating the allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and labour, to optimise project progress.
  • Monitoring work quality to ensure it meets the specified standards and project requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records of site activities, reporting progress to the site agent or project manager, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders
  • Identifying and resolving on-site issues, including technical challenges and personnel matters
