We are seeking empathetic and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils on a 1:1 basis in primary schools throughout Plymouth. Many of the pupils you’ll work with have additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, or SEMH, requiring tailored support and consistency.Role Expectations:Provide 1:1 support to children with Special Educational Needs (in-class or outside of class)Support behaviour regulation, sensory needs, and communication strategiesLiaise with SENCOs, class teachers, and external professionalsContribute to EHCP support planning and pupil progress monitoringRequirements:Experience working with SEN pupils (in schools or alternative settings)Calm, nurturing, and resilient personalityAbility to form trusting relationships with children who may be anxious or dysregulatedTeam Teach or similar behaviour support training desirableAbout Teaching Personnel & Compliance:
