This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-volume, production-focused environment that celebrates pastry traditions. You’ll play a key role in creating exceptional desserts for a variety of outlets—from our café display to our in-house restaurants, and even bespoke celebration cakes.Whether you're a seasoned professional or a rising talent, if you bring technical skill, creativity, and a love for pastry, we want to hear from you.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Producing a wide range of pastries including—but not limited to—croissants, tarts, tiramisu, gelato, individual and plated desserts
  • Contributing to the dessert offering for our restaurants, café, and takeaway counters
  • Preparing custom cakes for special occasions in line with guest and brand expectations
  • Maintaining high standards of consistency, presentation, and quality in a fast-paced production setting
  • Working closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth service and timely output
  • Upholding food safety and sanitation standards in all areas of production
  • A pastry chef with a solid foundation in classic techniques—Italian and French pastry experience a plus
  • Experience in a high-volume kitchen or production environment
  • An eye for detail and a commitment to craftsmanship
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Flexibility regarding shift patterns, including weekends and holidays
