- Producing a wide range of pastries including—but not limited to—croissants, tarts, tiramisu, gelato, individual and plated desserts
- Contributing to the dessert offering for our restaurants, café, and takeaway counters
- Preparing custom cakes for special occasions in line with guest and brand expectations
- Maintaining high standards of consistency, presentation, and quality in a fast-paced production setting
- Working closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth service and timely output
- Upholding food safety and sanitation standards in all areas of production
- A pastry chef with a solid foundation in classic techniques—Italian and French pastry experience a plus
- Experience in a high-volume kitchen or production environment
- An eye for detail and a commitment to craftsmanship
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Flexibility regarding shift patterns, including weekends and holidays
- 40 hours contract. Overtime is paid.
