Generating market appraisals and securing new instructions
Leading and motivating the residential sales team

Supporting team members with training, targets, and development

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
Previous experience in residential property sales (essential)
Proven track record in valuations and winning instructions

Local knowledge of Redhill and surrounding areas (preferred)
Full UK driving licence (essential)
