What You’ll Be Doing:Join our Adult Mental Health Service as a Social Worker and play a key role in supporting service users across the community. In this role, you will:
  • complete comprehensive assessments of service users’ mental health and social care needs
  • develop, implement and review personalised care plans
  • provide safeguarding interventions and risk management
  • deliver support to promote recovery, independence and wellbeing
  • work closely with the MDT, carers and external agencies to coordinate effective care
  • contribute to reports and documentation in line with professional standards
Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • a current and valid Social Work England registration
  • experience working within Adult Mental Health Services
  • strong communication and assessment skills
  • ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • commitment to safeguarding and promoting recovery-focused practice
Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role is full-time, Monday to Friday. The initial contract is for 3 months with the possibility of extension.This opportunity won’t last long!
