We're seeking skilled and motivated Welders & Fabricators to join our high-performance team within the Aerospace industry. Based at our Bristol facility, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing and fabrication of precision aerospace components. This position offers excellent development opportunities, including progression to night shifts (with a 33% shift premium) after full training and certification.Key Responsibilities
Interpret and work from technical drawings, specifications, and aerospace standardsPerform high-quality TIG/MIG welding on various metals including aluminium, titanium, and stainless steelConduct fabrication tasks including cutting, forming, and assembling aerospace structuresEnsure work meets rigorous quality standards, including inspection and compliance with safety and regulatory guidelinesWork collaboratively with engineering and production teams to resolve fabrication and welding issuesMaintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesShift Pattern
