  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care
  • Experience of working in the health or social care sector
  • Proven track record of managing a care home
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others with good HR Experience
  • Change management skills
  • The ability to think strategically to develop your organisation
  • Good project management and organisational skills.
  • A good understanding of all areas of compliance including CQC standards, legal frameworks, policies and procedures
  • Experience of working with residents with dementia
  • An ability to build good relationships and work well with health, social care and any other relevant partners, as required
