Our Compliance Administrators are a key part of our success – ensuring that candidates are fully compliant and ready to work safely in schools.Working within education recruitment is fast-paced and sometimes challenging – but incredibly rewarding. At Flourish, we’re a friendly, slightly bonkers, supportive bunch who genuinely care about what we do – and each other.About the RoleAs a Compliance Administrator, you’ll work closely with candidates, referees, governing bodies and our Recruitment Consultants to ensure our teachers and support staff are fully vetted and ready to go. You’ll need excellent communication skills and the ability to work at pace while juggling multiple tasks.You’ll also need to be comfortable and confident on the phone, as a big part of your day will involve speaking to candidates, referees, and colleagues to move things along quickly and clearly.Your key responsibilities as a Compliance Administrator will include:
  • Screening candidate documents and applications
  • Carrying out compliance checks (DBS, qualifications, registrations)
  • Chasing references and liaising with referees
  • Supporting candidates through the compliance process
  • Updating reports and systems
  • Maintaining our candidate training portal
  • Handling queries over the phone and by email
What We’re Looking ForThe ideal Compliance Administrator will:
  • Hold GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Be confident, professional, and target-driven
  • Have excellent communication skills – phone, face-to-face, and written
  • Be comfortable and confident speaking on the phone regularly
  • Love ticking off a to-do list and working through tasks with precision
  • Genuinely enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
