Reach your full potential and play a part in supporting people to live fuller lives!Your new opportunityQuarriers is recruiting full time Female Support Workers who hold a full UK driving licence who will support people to live independently in the North Lanarkshire area.The service supports people 24 hours 7 days a week and we are on the look-out to find candidates who are available to work a variety of shifts in order to meet the needs of the people we support and compliment our staff roster.As a Support Worker you will be person centred in your approach and ensure people are kept safe and feel secure in their own homely environment. You will support them with activities at times held in a community base setting where they can thrive and enjoy socialising with others.Working pattern: You will be provided with a rota in advance, early and late shifts will be required as well as weekend working on a rotational basis. There is the opportunity to work sleepover shifts offering additional income and will be paid the hourly rate of £12.60.What you will need to be considered
A full UK driving licence
Willing to develop and learn
Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts
