- Customer Engagement: Deliver technical support to key accounts, resolving queries and offering solutions throughout the product life-cycle.
- Process Improvement: Advise clients on optimising processes, including material selection, tooling, and production techniques.
- Product Innovation: Collaborate with internal teams and customers to develop new products that meet specifications and industry standards.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to materials, performance, and process limitations.
- Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, estimates, and quotations, ensuring technical accuracy and feasibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Manufacturing, Technical, and Quality teams to ensure seamless integration of customer requirements.
- 3-5 years' experience in technical account management or engineering
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management capabilities with a track record of meeting deadlines.
